South Africa. Where the sun is blazing hot. What a surprise 🙂
I’m from (cough) sunny Wales, living in Brittany where it’s raining too. Quelle surprise 😉
England here too, a thoroughly wet and miserable Lincolnshire!
Papua New Guinea. Where I live we have two seasons hot and wet, and hot and dry. Right now we are heading into wet season.
North Carolina USA where fall is coming and the weather is beautiful
While my wife and I were touring the UK and Ireland last year I had fun telling everyone that I was from Wisbech in Cambridgeshire (which is where I was born) and the reaction I got from most people was “not with that accent” (a couple of people reckoned they could hear a Cambridge accent) which is fair enough considering I have spent the last 56 year living in Australia. I currently reside on the New South Wales side of the New South Wales/Victoria border in a little place called Albury and it’s a little damp tonight (just a light shower).
Originally from Lincolnshire, England I now live in Nairn in bonny Scotland, where today it’s blowing a gale…..what a surprise.
I live in Pennsylvania, USA — where it is currently raining…again. What a surprise.
Southern Ontario. Sunny and not so cold.
Scotland – weather awful today. Pouring with rain one minute, hot sun the next!
Ireland! It was raining a lot yesterday but has been sunny all day today 🙂
Oxnard, California, a block from the beach. It’s been hot here (95 degrees F, the other day), but the marine layer came in last night making it rather pleasant. Today’s forecast is for mid 80s (still hot for this area). I am waiting for fall to arrive.
I think those of us in the cold and rain ought to set up a naughty corner for those in the hot and sunny places! We shall call it “The Corner of Well Jel”.
I really wish we had some cooler weather. We are in a drought, so some rain would be most welcome.
The Netherlands, where it is cold and raining too 🙂
Portland, Oregon, USA. We’re still enjoying an early Autumn summer, with leaves starting to turn gorgeous colors, but will no doubt be joining the rain party soon… Which will most likely last until next July.
Bluegrass State, USA, where we went from summer to winter and apparently will be back to summer tomorrow. If the thunderstorms tonight don’t wash us away.
In our corner of North East England we’ve had heavy rain followed by fog – the ‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’ is definitely upon us 🙂
brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Beautiful, hot and sunny. Too hot too quickly. Would like a bit of spring before the heat. Your cold weather sounds beautiful.
Sunny Johannesburg, South Africa!! 🙂 You should come and visit, but leave the rain behind. We have lots of sunshine to share.
Cologne, Germany where the sun briefly appeared after it had chucked it down all night. Now it’s a bit windy but still quite mild for the time of year.
Great state of Maine, USA, where it was sunny, but then it rained, now it is cloudy – as Mark Twain said, “don’t like the weather? Wait 5 minutes.” Rain and sun are OK by me, as I know what is coming after them.
Basel, Switzerland… but I’m originally an Aussie, and its wet here too 😦
