What I love about this beanie is that the brim and the main body of the hat are crocheted in different directions – but don’t worry, it’s easier than it sounds!

It’s available as a Ravelry download here.

You will need:

Yarn in colour(s) of your choice

5 mm hook

Tapestry needle

Pattern written in UK terms but translation as follows:

FPTR (front post treble crochet) – US front post double crochet. Tutorial here in US terms from Meladora (love her videos).

DC – US single crochet.

DC2TOG (double crochet 2 together) – US single crochet 2 together. Tutorial here in US terms from New Stitch a Day.
