Hippy flower headband – free crochet pattern

This pretty headband is one of the easiest patterns you’ll ever come across!

You will need:

5mm hook

Yarn in colour of your choice

Terms used – UK

Each flower petal is made as follows: 3 treble crochets and a slip stitch into chain.

After the last petal is complete on each flower, make another slip stitch into the first treble of the first petal to secure the flower.

Pattern

Chain 3. Make four petals into second chain from hook. They will all fit!

Chain 12. Make four petals into second chain from hook.

And basically, that’s it! Keep going until your work is the required length – you might want it to wrap around your head once, twice or three or more times. You might even want to turn this into bunting or a belt.
