Question from a reader!

Hi! I’m looking to crochet a baby blanket in pom pom wool. Has anyone done this before? If so what stitch is the best to use so all the pom poms come through nicely? Thank you very much!

  1. I haven’t done it, but I was looking at patterns for pom pom yarn just the other day because I saw some in the store and wanted to try it out. Here’s a pattern for a crocheted pillow from red heart that you may be able to convert into a baby blanket…http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/increasing-angles-pillow. And here’s an old pattern made for the now discontinued Bernat baby pom yarn: http://www.allfreecrochet.com/Baby-Afghan-Crochet-Patterns/Baby-Pom-Pom-Crochet-Blanket
